In short, that's what we do. You tell us about yourself and we’ll send you to one of our selected partners who have the ability to search hundreds of lenders and find the best one available to you! For using our service you pay us nothing!
I employ 16 fantastic, hard-working people who provide our customers with as good a service as we possibly can. The majority of those customers receive a service that they're happy or very happy with* and I'm very proud of the fact that we are able to do that. Loanfinder is part of the The Richmond Group of companies (find out more by clicking here), we have an office on Richmond Hill in sunny Bournemouth and we love what we do.
We love getting feedback from our customers and some of the most important improvements that we've made to both the Loanfinder website and the business in general, have come from the suggestions and feedback we have received from people just like you.
We hold "usability testing sessions" every week and we'd like you to come along and share your thoughts and experiences with us. Usability testing sessions aren't half as scary as they sound – all we do is leave you in a room, let you use a bit of our website and we'll talk to you whilst you're using it to work out which bits are good (we'll do more of those) and which bits are bad (and we'll do less of those).
We're really friendly, we always have ample supplies of tea and biscuits and if you come on a Friday you can enjoy our lunchtime BBQ (weather permitting!). Reasonable travel and accommodation expenses will be covered of course. If you're interested, just drop me an email on marc@loanfinder.co.uk
